Founded in Cambridge UK in 2018, our team have been working hard on several world-leading innovation projects to develop Smart Home energy solutions.
To date there hasn’t been the energy revolution with energy smart appliances, but over these last few years we’ve seen a significant change with more people adopting EVs, Heat pumps, Solar, Battery storage.
We are passionate about energy management – and have lived with the early adopter versions of different manufacturers products that don’t work well together. Frankly it’s not something that the average consumer would stomach, and change is needed.
We’ve been lucky to have worked on the new Matter IoT standard for over 3 years, and we’ve learnt hard lessons along the way. We’re very active in the Matter Energy management working group and have been fortunate to lead the development of the EVSE (EV Charging) and Device Energy Management features.
The promise of Matter as the global de-facto Smart Home standard (backed by Apple, Amazon, Google and Samsung to name a few), and with governments around the world looking to legislate requirements for Energy Smart Appliances in the next few years, there are a lot of companies who need our help to adopt Matter.
We’re here to help manufacturers start on that journey.
